Part-Time Sales Associate

Dani + Madi is looking for a friendly, dependable, and fashion-loving Part-Time Sales Associate to join our team. This position includes regular Saturday shifts, so Saturday availability is required.

Our ideal candidate genuinely enjoys helping women feel confident, is comfortable starting conversations, and understands that exceptional customer service is at the heart of every sale.

Responsibilities
  • Welcome every customer and create a warm, comfortable shopping experience
  • Build genuine connections and determine each customer’s needs
  • Offer honest styling advice and recommend complete outfits
  • Confidently suggest additional pieces without using high-pressure sales tactics
  • Learn our products, brands, fits, and current promotions
  • Process purchases, exchanges, and gift cards accurately through Shopify POS
  • Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floors and fitting rooms
  • Restock merchandise and assist with receiving, tagging, and displaying new inventory
  • Help achieve individual and store sales goals
  • Support store events, promotions, and occasional social media content
  • Follow all store policies and complete opening or closing duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • Previous retail, sales, or customer-service experience is preferred
  • Must be available to work Saturdays
  • Additional weekday availability is an asset
  • Must be comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting merchandise as required
  • Experience with Shopify POS is an asset, but training will be provided
Position Details

  • Additional shifts may be available during the week, holidays, special events, and busier retail periods
