Return Policy

Dani + Madi believes everyone should love their purchase. Our mantra is for every woman to feel empowered, strong and beautiful with the clothes they wear. We understand that minds can change too! If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, Dani + Madi will offer exchange or store credit on non sale/discounted items within 30 days of the date of purchase (a restocking fee may apply as per shipping terms). All items returned or exchanged must have the tags on them (attached), must be unwashed and unworn and receipt must be handed in. Exchanges/store credits are applicable to the cost of merchandise only - not on shipping costs.

All sale/discounted items, including discount codes, are FINAL sale. 

Christmas - Store credit or exchange within 15 days after Christmas for all Christmas gift purchases. Christmas return policy will start to be applicable November 1st. All sale/discounted items, including discount codes, are FINAL sale.

Online and In Store Promotions/Discounts/Sales - All sales are a final sale. No exchanges or refunds available.

All jewelry products, home products, personal hygiene products, hair products, hats, etc. are final sale.

Online - Dani + Madi carefully checks all items for defects and damages prior to shipping. If you have received a damaged product please notify Dani + Madi within 2 days of receiving your purchase, info@daniandmadi.com, to be eligible for a refund or exchange.


How to Return
1. Contact info@daniandmadi.com with the reason for the requested exchange/store credit.
2. Dani + Madi will contact you with an approval e-mail. This e-mail must be included with your returned merchandise.
3. Returns must be shipped to Dani + Madi (#6, 280 King Street, Spruce Grove, AB T7X 0E8).
4. Upon receipt and inspection of return, Dani + Madi will issue a store credit.
